Coordinate repair and upgrade activities to maintain high operational standards. • Quality Assurance and Compliance:Establish and maintain quality control procedures to ensure compliance with safety regulations, local laws, and internal policies. • Budget Management:Develop and manage budgets for facilities management, monitoring expenses, optimizing resources, and ensuring cost efficiency. • Stakeholder Coordination:Act as the primary point of contact between the retail operation team and the maintenance team to ensure a smooth operation and customer satisfaction.

This includes overseeing the maintenance, repair, and replacement of all facility equipment and infrastructure, as well as managing the day-to-day operations of the facility- Oversee the maintenance, repair, and replacement of all facility equipment and infrastructure, including HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical systems, and structural components.- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to reduce downtime and extend the life of facility assets.- Manage contracts with vendors for the provision of hard services.- Ensure that all facility equipment and infrastructure is compliant with applicable codes and regulations.- Manage the day-to-day operations of the facility, including security, janitorial services, and waste disposal.- Develop and implement policies and procedures for the operation of the facility.- Oversee the work of facility staff and ensure that they are properly trained and equipped to perform their duties.- Manage the budget for the operation of the facility.

-Managing the Mechanical works including (HVAC & Fire Fighting & Plumbing) - Plans, MEP systems interrelationships, construction sequencing and project schedule.-Validate design issues related to MEP and suggest alternative solutions.- Assist in the scope review, budgeting and justification of MEP change work order.- Ensure that MEP Subcontractors provides and adheres to relevant Quality documentation/records.- Assist in the testing and commissioning of MEP materials and equipment.- Coordinate and planning all the site activities with other departments. - Submit requirements and justifications for resources such as materials, tools, equipment's and man power. Monitor for accuracy and variance.- Managing the Mechanical Embeds and Equipment Installation. - Resolving the safety aspects and all emergency breakdowns and providing training to staff on any identified QHSE issues while performing their duties - Implementing cost control and performance & process improvement methodology for the work mechanism and the operational efficiency.- Ensure that work is in compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, AND OHSAS 18001 Policies and Procedures.
