Responsible for the marketing of Dubai Globally in co-ordination with 18 DTCM international representative offices. Responsible for initial budget planning, media schedules and planning in relation to strategy.Responsible for the analysis of media approaches internationally and regionally.Confers with representatives of advertising agencies, product managers, and corporate advertising staff to establish media goals, objectives, and strategies within the marketing budget. Confers with advertising agents or media representatives to select specific programs and negotiate advertising to ensure optimum use of budgeted funds and long-term contracts.Monitor and verify regional and international media plans.Prepare research, documentation in relation to strategies. Responsible for the brand design, production and print of all the below and above the line campaigns regionally and internationally.Responsible for the evaluation, co-ordination of any new video proposals /concepts, text / storyboards for consideration.Responsible for handling regional and international marketing campaigns and promotion for DUBAI in Tourism, Commerce and MICEProvide recommendations / suggestions and assists the Director General and other Departments with regards to media and marketing whenever required.Responsible to provide any other change mechanisms to accelerate the marketing of Dubai.Responsible to initiate marketing programs that generate revenue to Dubai.Study demographic data and consumer profiles to identify target audiences of media advertising.
