To provide Life Skills and Employability training for 600 trainees for the purpose of (Offline/Online Training Groups)- Designed maps will be use to design the learning journey considering the program flow,topics sequence and learning content, activities, participant guide, facilitator guide, andhandouts.- Delivered training of a life skills and employability skills offline and online batches.- Converted the classroom training into virtual training using online platforms to delivertraining. (Using Zoom, WhatsApp, Kahoot, Google form).

Lead, develop, and oversee the roll-out of an organizational MEAL system (emergency &development) while ensuring accountability to all partners and beneficiaries.- Perform regular field visits to implement MEAL tools throughout the project duration incollaboration with the project team, and as defined in the PAR methodology.- Facilitate the design of “SMART” objectives, logic models, monitoring frameworks, andevaluation plans during the annual work-planning process.- Review and analyze project reports with the project officers in order to identify the causes ofbottlenecks in project implementation in order to enhance reporting quality.- Review the performance of the MEL tools and identify potential modifications.- Designing our actual impact evaluation work plan for our development projects.- Implement the Mid and final-year capitalization activities.- Evaluate Banque Misr Foundation’s overall projects progress and results to help plan forfuture achievement.
