I implemented professional training programs with full support from HRDF within the Skills and Tawteen Programs. I analyzed and prepared an automation for 52 requests to transform to self-service. I worked on automating hotel, tickets booking and linking it to cost centers. I conducted a workload analysis, manpower plan and budget. I concluded a partnership for the Skills and Training Forum at the Ministry of HRD "Waad". I built employee performance platform.
