I manage the 3d Photography department for NewLife Studio, a new company focused on constantly innovating the real estate photography industry.In this position, I talk with homeowners and clients on a day-to-day basis, honing in on my speaking skills. I also follow a tight schedule and drive upwards of 500km+ in a day to get from house to house.In each house, I do a complete 3d scan of the home with either the iGuide or the Matterport, two innovative pieces of technology that I have mastered. With the 3d scans, I upload them onto the website and after processing, I send the exact floor plans with measurements, as well as a virtual walkthrough, to the listing agent.

I was an All-Star Host on Turo, which is a title given to hosts who have completed 10+ trips, with 90% five-star ratings, 95% commitment and response rate, and 90% acceptance rate.I rented out a Tesla Model 3 and a Mercedes-Benz C300, gathering 28 trips in total. Each trip I dropped off the car and picked it up from the airport to meet with the renters. This position required me to hone in on my communication skills, and being able to keep up with numerous back-to-back rentals.Along with communicating with renters, I cleaned both cars very thoroughly after every rental return, took photos of every angle of the car, to identify any damage that might have occurred.Before I stopped using Turo, I had a 99% rating, out of my 28 trips.

I worked in all weathers and was taught many useful skills such as woodworking, home installation (Windows, Doors, outlets, etc.), and transportation of materialAs the construction sites were full of houses being developed, I would be responsbile for ensuring that scheduled material deliveries were transported and prepared for use in the right house, in the right amount. I was also responsible for ensuring that every house on the lot was ready for the different specialists to work on.
