Submit annual strategy for cost efficiency and provide action plans for solutions.7. Submit business performance reports of all subsidiaries to the Top Management.

During that period, I managed many natural gas distribution projects nationwide with a total revenue of USD 18 million.Woqod Masr won different natural gas distribution projects on different bases (EPC, Construction, Engineering & Construction) from all LDCs in Egypt e.g. GASCO, Egypt Gas, Twon Gas, Taqa Arabia, Natgas and others.Responsibilities:1. Direct and manage ongoing Natural Gas Distribution Projects on an EPC basis within project constraints. The project's scope, including but not limited to:- Land survey, property & appliances (P&A) survey, engineering, network design using the most advanced pipeline simulator, issuing construction maps and GIS.- Pipeline construction services from total project delivery to specific project supervision contracts.- Hot tapping, coating and cathodic protection works. - Fabrication, assembly, and installation of pressure reduction and district regulator stations.- External and internal installations of high-pressure and medium-pressure pipelines and low-pressure polyethylene networks for the residential, commercial, and industrial sectors.- Foreign and local procurement of material and equipment including inspection, FAT & SAT according to the applicable international standards.- Contracting with and supervising subcontractors, service providers and suppliers.- Stakeholders management including owners (LDCs), banks, EGAS, contractors, government authorities...etc. - Compliance with QHSE standards.- People Management of 450+ employees of white and blue collars.2. Supervise preparing company proposals (Technical /Financial) for governmental and non-governmental tenders in the MENA region.

1. Plan, schedule, and supervise on implementing an operation and maintenance program for the main natural gas Pressure Reduction & Metering Stations (PRMS's) with different capacities, located in Great Cairo.2. Plan, schedule, and supervise on implementing an operation and maintenance program for the natural gas transmission and the distribution networks including: - Pressure reduction regulators with different capacities (10,000 / 5,000 / 2,000 / 1,000 SCMH) and operating pressure ranges from 7 bar (inlet pressure) to 100 mbar (outlet pressure). - Main valves of the natural gas distribution networks of high and medium pressure. - Carbon-steel pipelines and cathodic protection systems (Impressed current and sacrificed anode systems).3. Handle and manage minor and major emergency interventions in pressure reduction stations, distribution networks, industrial cities and clients’ installations.4. Plan, schedule and implement the simulated emergency program (emergency drills), in order to ensure and improve adequate preparation and organization of the emergency crews, such as to be able to deal with different emergencies effectively and safely.5. Perform technical studies for new pressure reduction station tenders6. Construction of 100+ Km of natural gas polyethylene pipelines at 6th of October City; LDPE and HDPE with working pressure up to 4 & 7 bars respectively.

1. Operation and maintenance of the main gas Pressure Reduction and Metering Station (PRMS) with a capacity of 20,000 SCMH, located at Belbeis City, El Sharkeya Governorate.2. Operation and maintenance of the transmission and distribution networks including: - Pressure reduction regulators with different capacities and operating pressure ranges. - Main valves of the high and medium pressure networks. - Carbon-steel pipelines and cathodic protection systems. Maintenance of the networks, installations, gas metering modules, pressure reduction regulators and cathodic protection systems for different factories/industries with high gas consumption and different operating pressures.3. Handle and manage minor and major emergency interventions in pressure reduction stations, networks and client installations.4. Plan, schedule and implement the simulated emergency program (emergency drills), in order to ensure and improve adequate preparation and organization of the emergency crews, to enable them to effectively and safely deal with different emergencies.
