• Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs.• Sourcing candidates from various online channels.• Handles all the recruitment processes such as posting job ads, filtering CVs, providing shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers and calling selected applicants to schedule interviews.• Onboard all new employees, such as new employee orientation, explanation of benefits, explanation of company policies, practices, and procedures.• Organize hard and soft copies of employee records.• Maintain employment records related to events, such as hiring, termination, leaves, transfers, promotions, or assignments.• Support employees with any questions and needs regarding company policies.• Prepare required reports as well as special reports as requested.• Collect daily, weekly or monthly timesheets.• Calculate the correct amount wages, overtime, deductions, bonuses through Excel spreadsheets.• Track salary adjustments, sick and vacation time.• Answers staff questions about wages, deductions, attendance, and time records.• Establish and maintain a positive working relationship with employees, agencies and coworkers to promote a quality service image.• Assist with all internal and external HR related matters.• Performs other HR duties as assigned by management.
