- Conducts daily checks of “front-end” work order input for inaccuracies and corrects, reporting unresolved issues to FEO/FENC- Checks accuracy of Daily Action Reports (DAR’s) and, only when satisfied, inputs recorded labor against relevant work orders.- Receives all work closure requests from HNSI Facilities Maintenance departments.- Ensures that all labor, parts transactions, and SAP fault codes are credited to work orders prior to closeout procedures.- Provides individual work order breakdown analysis to include labor (Expat/EN), parts utilized, and cost expenditures (estimated and actual).- Compiles and delivers building, equipment, and Pest Control PM inspection notification memorandum.- Informs FPRC of any Preventative Maintenance rescheduling for buildings and/or equipment.- Informs FEO/DFEO and FPRC of all Beyond Economical Repair (BER) or equipment movements noted on work orders.- Liaises with Supply to maintain accurate and valid parts status.- Performs duties, and wears appropriate safety gear, in conjunction with safety standards. - Performs in -Force Majeure situations in any capacity as designated by HNSI/MFO.- Deputies for the WOCC supervisor during the period of leave and sickness and as required performs other related duties as required.
