- I work as software engineer to make many applications using PHP language for many projects such as : point of sale management, Inventory management program and many other applications .

I am responsible for mentoring students in many projects for different Nanodegree programs to answer their questions for any problem or any misunderstanding during their learning journey at Udacity.

I am responsible for reviewing students projects in many Nanodegree programs and giving them feedbacks about their work.

- I was Reserved officer in the Egyptian Armed Forces and my mandatory service time ended in 10/2022.- I served in the Armed forces in Air Defense forces so I work with many types of devices and how to solve their problems that related to the hardware of the devices and the software of them.- I was responsible for configuring and maintaining the networked computer systems, including hardware, system software, and applications to ensure continuous connectivity.- I was responsible for ensuring data is stored securely and backed up regularly in all connected systems.- I was responsible for diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, networking, and system issues when they arise.- I was responsible for replacing and upgrading defective or outdated components when necessary.- I was responsible for monitoring system performance to ensure everything runs smoothly and securely.- I was responsible for researching and recommending new approaches to improve the networked computer systems.- I was responsible for providing technical support when requested.Documenting any processes which employees need to follow in order to successfully work within our computing system.- I have worked with many types of people so this position helps me in dealing with the people and how to manage them.

- Mentoring students in " Introduction to Programming Nanodegree " to teach them " Html, Css, Java Script, Python " and follow their progress periodically with periodic live sessions.- Mentoring of 90 students with graduation rate exceeded 95%.
