Responsibilities•Leading the project team to meet the project plan and target.•Review IFC drawings, project specifications and BOQ to coordinate with QS dept. and technical team. •Prepare all project initiation documentation and kept updated.•Review and follow the approval of all project shop drawings and Technical submittals.•Coordinate with main contractor for site readiness and work priorities.•Attend project, site progress and site related technical meeting and provide all the updated reports.•Monitor the work to achieve the financial time targets of the project.•Identifying, costing and processing any contract variations.•Oversee installation, operation to ensure that material are installed and functioning according to specifications.•Prepare detailed and summarized project periodic progress reports.•Tracking the activities at site to ensure that it meet with the project schedule and plan, update the plan to meet any agreed changes.

Duties:•Supervise the installation of aluminum curtain walls, windows, doors, composite cladding, skylights, spider facades and space frame works.•Supervise the installation to ensure quality and that it is in accordance with drawings and specification.•Explain shop drawings and method of statement to supervisors and site workers.•Review the material to ensure that it is in accordance with the specifications and requirements.•Resolve the site related issues and immediate report to manager in any deviation or technical or some other issues related to the work.•Monitor the work progress and prepare project progress and status reports to the management.
