• Supervising multiple concurrent audit engagements with professional staff and clients and leading the preparation of audit reports.• Organizing and overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of audit assignment.• Planning risk assessments, understanding the business, scoping and assessing the key risks, development and implementation of Improvement plans.• Supervise the understanding of accounting cycles, design and implementation of controls in place, testing operating effectiveness of controls, identifying control weakness points and proposing effective control activities.• Coordination of audit requirements and discussions with client.• Ensure compliance with EAS or IFRS (based on the reporting requirement that varies from audit to another).• Evaluate the overall financial statement presentation.• Evaluate whether financial statements are free from material misstatement.

• Managing group of client engagements as well as assume responsibility for client satisfaction and study the usefulness of continuing the relationship with the client.• Auditing and preparing the financial statements for the “Shareholding Co.” in the fields of industrial, commercial, serving, and brokerage activities.• Preparing the balance sheets for the responsible of clients according to EAS.• Tax return preparation.• Preparing financial analysis ration for some companies.• Preparing the feasibility studies for industrial, commercial, and serving projects.

• Responsible for risk and contingency analysis, identifying areas of potential risk threatening assets, earning capacity, and organizational success.• Experienced in preparing the costing system, budgets, and the financial statements on a monthly basis.• Set and meet targets for organizational growth and planning per company policies.• Review and make decisions on credit limits of existing and new customers.• Review and authorize the weekly accounts payable run.• Ensure compliance with all company regulations• Ensure the financial integrity of organization through IFRS, and regular internal and external auditing of financial processes.• Overall responsibility for company Profits & Losses.• Ability to control the company performance and provide leadership and motivation.

• Prepare the monthly reconciliation of income statement and balance sheet accounts.• Prepare the month end analytical review with Management Accountants on margin and variance analysis.• Prepare and post of month end journals, including prepayments and accruals.• Assistance in budget preparation with the finance department.• Complete audit assignments to GAAS, and The Egyptian Auditing Standards.• Complete audits to strict deadlines and within budgets, reporting directly to audit partner or director. At peak times, responsibility for completing several audits simultaneously.• Identify and communicated findings for internal control weaknesses and deficiencies, non-compliance with regulations, policies and procedures, and improvements in economies and efficiencies.• Prepare of statutory financial statements.
