Through my 15 years’ experience in the Telecom field, I have taken up several positions that covered Telecom System Architecting, Data Network Design & implementation, Sales as well as Business & Market Development. My experience as a Senior Key Account Leader in the Telecommunication field is quite extensive and my responsibilities spread across the Middle East & Africa through 3M Gulf - based in Dubai. Furthermore, I worked as the Technology program Manager for Raqmiyat in Dubai and as the Project Manager for BTC Ericsson in Egypt. Throughout my career, I have enjoyed offering Telecom Solutions to a broad base of clientele in addition to offering more than 250 training workshops for 2,500 engineers and technicians. I have enriched my knowledge with professional trainings and courses from different countries such as Sweden, UK, Norway, Egypt and Dubai. I am a Cisco (CCNA & CCDA), Ericsson, and Green Belt Six-sigma certified. My strong solutions knowledge - accompanied by enthusiasm and persistence - enabled me to succeed in inventing several products, and I currently hold a Patent registered under my name.
