My Responsibilities as a consultant included: • Establish partnerships between the Forum of Federation and the Ministry of Interior and the Ministry of International Development, as well as the Center of Training and Support of Decentralization in Tunisia (CFAD). • Training 48 civil servants including governors, and regional directors of development in the use of online platforms of e-learning. • Coordinating logistical efforts and organizing 24 conferences on decentralization in the 24 Tunisian governorates. • Assuring Program Outreach and the management of online platforms, as well as the creation of an online learning platform and its materials for civil servants and civil society groups. • Maintaining and updating a database of 500+ participants.
