My Responsibilities include :• Consult with management to identify appropriate training and organizational development programs to support business goals.• Create and implement programs that connect employees with business goals.• Formulate, organize and execute overall training and organizational development programs in line with the organization's strategy and plans to supportorganization’s development.In addition to working closely with organizational development team to deliver / implement initiatives.• Identify and evaluate business initiatives to ascertain appropriate programs that meet company goals.• Defines the budget that is needed to implement the training and development plan and ensure is effectively spent.• Develop methods of measuring if performance management aligns with organizational goals.• Identify data collection tools, data sources, benchmarks, and performance targets.• Implement organizational effectiveness interventions.• Support with talent assessment, providing coaching sessions, and analysis / development of talent management systems, succession planning and processes related to performance management, career planning, business continuity and culture.• Lead employee engagement activities.• Contributes in the design and implementation of the internal communication process, ensure its effectiveness.• Assist in development of policies and procedures to support the business unit's reward strategy and practice.• Develop methods to improve employment policies, processes, and practices, and recommend changes to management.

supervise the team of market studies, market planning & invest in new activities, that maximize profits and to supervise the process of Applying such activities, to achieve the main goal of the company, find out new and easy solution to solve the company's problems and help in total cost deduction.

Analyze financial statements and do a monthly/Annual reports to the decision makers, to decrease the risks and to make an estimated overview to the financial & Economic status of the company, alert the management with the proper future problems that may occur, through studying and analyzing the real situation that is clear in the financial statements and / or the technical or managerial side, by monthly / annual survey that provide future probabilities.

- Achieve set/agreed targets for the products and services of ASDCo.- Accurately estimate new contracts to ensure a profitable return on all new business with close attention to ASDCo. Commercial tendering policies and procedures- Working within a given area act as the representative for ASDCo., visiting and calling customers to ensure the highest standards of customer service and customer care. Provide information on all customer contacts- Maintain a close working relationship with Operations, ensuring cohesion in any new business venture- Maintain a good knowledge of the industry and local business opportunities to ensure effective promotion and local exposure for ASDCo.- Carry out any reasonable tasks required by line management in a manner that is conducive to good business practice
