• Provide professional and exceptional customer service to all end-users• Provide support via phone, email and self service• Troubleshoot and resolve issues via remote control and over the telephone and if necessary make a Desk side Visit.• Participate in Service Centre wide projects as required as part of the Projects program.• Provide expert and creative solutions to user requests to ensure user satisfaction and productivity.• Help to develop a work-around where the cause of an incident is apparent• Work within ITIL framework• Research, resolve, and respond to complex questions received via the Service Desk system and provide support in accordance with current standards and document the same.• Highlight possible system wide issues, recurring faults and possible Customer training needs.• Highlight processes and be involved in developing, maintaining and documenting to Best Practice standards
