Quality & Safety Manager
Current• Monitor all company activities to ensure compliance to regulatory, company, and customer requirements.• Establish the audit program, allocate workload, and monitor its implementation.• Conduct quality and safety audits and surveillance of internal, external and contracted maintenance functions.• Prepare quality assurance reports resulting from audits, surveillance & investigations, identify non-conformities and areas for improvement, and ensure implementation of effective CAPA. • Liaise for external audits from Civil Aviation Authorities, customers and regulatory bodies.• Develop, update, and control MOE, RSQCM, Engineering Procedures Manuals, SMS Manual and Supplements), and training material.• Conduct QA technical assessments to maintenance personnel and issue certification authorisations to certifying staff. • Monitor the application, issuance, renewal, withdrawal of certifying staff authorisations, and records retention of training, qualification, and experience.• Train maintenance staff on civil aviation regulations, MOE, RSQCM, and maintenance procedures.• Liaise with Civil Aviation Authorities, business stakeholders, certification bodies, and customers on approvals, regulatory, authorisations, technical, and quality-related matters. • Monitor the acquisition, renewal, amendment, and extension of organization approvals.• Develop Quality Assurance and Safety awareness through Bulletins, memos, PPT presentations, and workshops.• Monitor supplier performance and provide data to key stakeholders.• Conduct initial technical evaluation of MROs, line maintenance stations, and maintenance workshops.• Proactively apply hazard identification and risk assessments improving safety performance and reducing costs.• Conduct aircraft technical safety investigations, identify contributing factors to maintenance errors, and provide mitigation actions, and recommendations to prevent recurrence. • Provide compliance reports for QRM, SRB, SAG.
