Hailing from sunny London, Ahmed's enviable tech pedigree has followed him across the globe, but thankfully he’s left the weather behind. He brings with him over sixteen years of international experience, working with agencies and partners in the UK and Australia. The art of crafting interactive experiences led him to join boutique digital agency Skive in London (which grew to become a NMA Top 100 Agency), building advergames, apps, AR experiences and flashy websites.He then guided McCann London through a phase of digital transformation, before relocating to Australia to lead innovative tech at Archibald/Williams, and then became Head of Creative Technology at Drifter. With a desire to really push brands out of their comfort zone, he founded Nightjar in 2017.Creativity and innovation flow through Ahmed's veins and he's the crucial link to ensure what is imagined is then delivered. With a background in computer science, he's had a vital hand in concept, strategy, UX, design and code for Harper Collins, Nestlé, Optus, Bacardi, The British Army, THE ICONIC, Microsoft XBOX, Destination NSW, Sneaker Freaker and ReachOut. Most recently, his solutions have helped Nightjar gain success at the FWAs, Awwwards, AGDA and Good Design Awards, and he is now on the panel of judges himself for both AGDA and the Webbys. He’s forever raising the bar and ensuring that Nightjar continually build their partner’s businesses through future-facing tech solutions.
