FAU Business Economics major graduated in December of2019 with experience in evaluating economic cases and I'm interested in business forecasting and market research. My goal is to strengthen my current education and skills to help my future employer gain a large market share. You will find in the details that follow that my education and skills would be an asset to any organization.My experience in evaluating economic cases includes forming an opinion on policies related to the case based on research and communicating economic information through oral and written communication. As a customer service representative in the National Bank of Kuwait, I was selected Trainee of the Month for demonstrating professional etiquette and behavior. As a customer service trainee in Bank Audi as well, I succeeded in handling 80% of customer inquires, complaints and billing questions. Moreover, I maintained highest customer satisfaction rating among all trainees with a score of 82%. Some of my technical skills include advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and broad experience in social media including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and Snapchat. I'm also bilingual, fluent in Arabic and English, moderate in German and have some good knowledge at interpreting big data analysis such as compiling statistics and data analytics.I'm eager to apply my current education to a new organization.
