Commissioning and Startup Planner for West Nile Delta Gas Development Project

•Establishment & updating of the project master detailed schedule & issue of progress reports•Monitor contractors’ work progress & report all major scheduling changes & adverse trends •Perform functional audits of project activities to assure technical adequacy of project planning & scheduling activities. •Ensure QHSE issues are given priority & remain on schedule.•Provide on-going support to the Projects Manager / Engineers to set up & follow up on their Project Execution Plans.•Develop & implement planning & scheduling training programs & provide input in developing corporate policy.•Responsible for performance evaluations, career counseling for assigned personnel. Makes selection & recommendations.

• Responsible for establishing & updating the project master detailed schedule• Closely monitor the contractors’ work progress & report all major scheduling changes & adverse trends. • Provide project cost & schedule control & issue various progress reports.• Ensure QHSE issues are given priority & remain on schedule.• Provide on-going support to the Projects Manager / Engineers to set up & follow up on their Project Execution Plans.

• Establish & update multi level Project Schedules: 5-year, annual, project specific, discipline/work specific, etc…• Involved in preparing & updating master schedules & individual Project schedules for civil works, electrical works, mechanical works, instrumentation works, & electro mechanical works.• Closely monitor the contractors’ work progress & report all major scheduling changes & adverse trends.• Support project financial plan, implementation of budget controls & provision of project cost & schedule control • Contribute to the various progress reports issued by the Projects Management Department.• Ensure QHSE issues are given priority & remain on schedule.• Establish, review & update all necessary plans, including engineering services resource requirement, material purchase plan, etc… • Provide on-going support to the Projects Manager / Engineers to set up & follow up on their Project Execution Plans.• Provide ad hoc assistance to colleagues within ELNG, in particular any work planning exercises towards maximizing production.

• Perform routine assigned tasks related to preparation & application of schedule update & monitoring activities.• Integrate contractors planning into master project plan/schedule• Establish schedules & work plans for civil works, Mechanical works, Electrical Works, Instrumentation works, & commissioning activities.• Perform weekly progress review meetings & coordination meetings for all contractors.• Prepare weekly & monthly progress reports• Establish work plans, schedules, budgets & project procedures • Support project financial plan • Implementation of budget controls • Provide project cost & schedule control • Report schedule deviations on assigned tasks related to a discipline or specialty. • Evaluate claims / Time extensions etc• Gather information to support specific schedule studies as directed. • Gather scheduler work force & quantity data for updating & providing current actual information (status) for discipline or specialty, progress & performance reports as directed.
