Responsibilities:- Develop and document comprehensive project methodology, detailed work schedules, procurement plans, resource loading, and cash flow.- Prepare detailed weekly and monthly progress reports, including observations, comments, photographs, resource loading, and any issues or concerns.- Monitor and update accurate schedule progress reports.- Maintain records of scope changes, trends, and variances that potentially affect schedule performance.- Establish and implement planning and scheduling techniques to drive project success.- Analyze technical drawings, contracts, BOQ, and all related documents to implement a detailed baseline schedule.- Assign duration, resources (manpower, materials, and equipment), and budgeted costs for each activity based on their weight factor and quantity/volume of work, and identify long lead items required for the project.- Create recovery and revised baseline schedules when needed.- Perform and apply delay analysis techniques (Impacted-as-Planned, Impacted-as-Built, and Window Analysis).

Responsibilities:- Diligently track and follow up on all daily material and drawing submittals.- Coordinate with other engineering departments to ensure consultant comments are properly addressed and incorporated.- Assign specific responsibilities and provide mentorship to members of the project team.- Document and report comprehensive project progress updates to key stakeholders and clients.- Develop and maintain a detailed project baseline schedule.
