Communicate these insights to the Project Team to facilitate timely corrective actions.5. Monitor the Contract Packages contractor’s schedules and study their reflections on the master schedule6. Take an active role in aiding the preparation of Extension of Time Claims documents and evaluating their effects on the schedule.7.
