- Updating monthly inventory reports with OH, WIP, SLY, Unit Cost, Unit Price, and Profit Margin information, to manage reorder needs and recognize needs for unit cost control with vendors or adjustments for unit prices- Creating and managing all production orders from beginning to end, including managing order details with fabric mills, trim developers, CM factories, and freight forwarders - Convey new product development or product improvement needs to vendors and manage calendar for development to production timeline- Manage full sampling process for all programs, from first fabric choice to final modified size run, including acquiring approvals for all fabrics, trims, and specs during the process - Acquire approvals for all incoming fabric, fit, and trim samples, and then organize for record keeping- Coordinate both with vendors' local reps and overseas factories- Manage calendar for 3x per week campaign emails to align with incoming arrivals and available stock to market, including working with graphic designer to create brand aligned creative, copy, and layouts - Managing all photo shoots, in studio and lifestyle (1-3 per month), for imagery to be used across the website, emails, ads, and print marketing- including developing shot lists, arranging shoot location, requesting products from the warehouse per models' sizes, packing all accessories, coordinating models and photographers, on site overview on day of shoot, and organizing all image assets after receiving from the photographer

Provided computer application, hardware, and network support, in lab, remotely through phone calls, and on site, for Rutgers faculty, staff, students, and guests.

Provided direct community service in the soup kitchen and community garden while organizing volunteer groups. Assisted in building new projects in the community garden and created supportive materials for classroom learning at the culinary school. Ran weekly farmers' market table for community and event outreach.

Working for the Rutgers University chapter of AAUP-AFT, I collaborated with fellow students, AAUP-AFT staff, and RU faculty/staff to support efforts involved in contract renegotiations. Using tools of outreach and event planning, a collective effort helped AAUP-AFT negotiate a new contract which included current and retroactive salary raises for all full-time faculty.
