We also contracted the elitist hospitals in Egypt to serve their patients after discharge, including JCI accredited hospital. finally, Al-razy group was selected by the German Institution enpact to receive support, under the patronage of the German government.

Cairo Scan has a 30 years legacy and leadership in Egypt's medical imaging services. Building on that, I'm working with Cairo Scan team, and newly hired laboratory and business professionals to add more value to Cairo Scan customers through offering convenient service (by adding laboratory services to imaging services ) with highest quality. these values will be added through a Reach Program (a complicated and competent operational model), state of the art information technology, and through Quality Compliance, not only in terms of accreditation, but through changing culture to make quality the dominant work style of our colleagues in Cairo Scan.

Coordinated with Ministry of Finance and Ministry of investment and other stakeholders to establish, promote and implement Public Private Partnership concept in health care in Egypt.

Worked in quality Department to Develop Standard Operating Procedures. We designed quality improvement measures and techniques to meet the requirement of different payers including Blue Cross Blue Shield and Harvard Pillgrim.

- Participated in Centralization Plan for National Blood Services within the Egyptian Ministry of Health. This plan increased NBTS share of blood services within Egypt from 25% up to 35% in one year. - Designed and implemented a Youth Program that increased youth organizations helping NBTS by 50%- Planned a project called World Blood Donation Cup which attracted international organizations as FIFA and IFRC to implement it in Soccer World Cup.- Participated in training of all new staff (Medical and non medical staff) employed in DCD from 2005 to 2008.

Participated in two months rotations in general surgery, internal medicine, pediatric medicine, cardiology, radiology and gynecology and obstetric. Assisted professors, and practiced with residents in these fields.
