•Position objectives: •Overall responsible for projects progress, projects schedule and quality of work •Leads the whole projects team in ensuring efficient and timely execution •To set the goals and strategy to execute the projects in accordance with owners agreement and objectives. Responsibility:• Development of target construction program and construction methodology.•Direction and delivery of all construction activity in accordance with the program.•Others monitor ,review and adjust short –term programs and job plans to ensure time requirement are met •Ensure others are in compliance at sites level with the requirement specified by the owner and consultants.•Supervisory responsibilities including planning and delegating work; motivating staff; appraising performance; and resolving problems; building cohesive teams.•Support team with negotiations with municipalities to ensure that the works are executed within the approved shop drawing. •Cooperate with planning engineer to Review and approve time schedule for all projects. •Implementation of the quality management system to ISO ( 9001/2000) •Ensure to follow GAC procedure manual.•Executing all quantities as per B.O.Q in coordination with Jeddah projects manager and technical specification •Attending weekly progress and technical meetings with the consultants and being a huge factor in assisting problem solving•Following invoices with project engineers and cooperate with study management and technical office section to prepare and submit. • Monitor the staff member's work for conformance with projects procedure.•Technical leadership •Following up the equipment conditions with work shop and arrange maintenance as per schedule

•Planning, monitoring, coordination and controlling of projects mobilization activates as per mobilization schedule.•Manage the construction of the project in accordance with the contract in the most efficient and profitable manner taking particular care of Clint requirements and company, sub-contractor, and supplier's interest and leading the site staff to form a cohesive unit resolved to common purpose.•Ensure obtaining all necessary permits from local authorities.•Review and approve the PQP, project procedures, ITPs etc., and ensure diligent implementation on site.•Ensure that efficiency of construction work maximized and costs are effectively controlled.•Ensure that statutory health and safety regulations are observed at all times and safety on site is maintained at high standard.•Ensuring that the involved parties has received his related project documents, drawing and specification.•For feasibility and compliance with milestones and end dates, review contract documents requirement in detail (civil, electrical, and mechanical etc.) prepare & review the master plan with the planning Eng. And major subcontractors, suppliers and ensuring its approval where required.•Implementation of the quality management system to ISO (9001/2000).•Analysis of contract documents to define requirements, objectives, assessment of construction methods and contractual obligation, based on contractual relation, establish project lines of communication.•Review resources schedules ensuring adequate labour and plant is available to maintain the construction with the plant staff for erecting and installation of site plant, providing their safety certification, maintenance, services, at the start and during the construction period. •Attending weekly progress and technical meetings with the consultants and being a huge factor in assisting problem solving.

•Study and analyze project specification and drawings in order to define construction requirements and acceptance criteria.•Prepare list of required method statement and agree with construction manager.•Plan, monitor and control execution of work on site and verify compliance with approved shop drawing , construction schedule , specification and approved method statements •Resolve any technical related issues as instructed and directed by construction manager •Responsible and accountable for the quality of construction work done. •Overall, supervision and coordination of general Forman and site engineers areas of responsibility and allocation of work areas.•Complete necessary QA documentation related to work and coordinates with project QA manager/ engineer for daily site inspections, including timely closer of NC report.•Perform comparison exercise between the activates as built survey lines, levels and designed as per approved shop drawing to determine variations and impact on subsequent finishes. Report the finding to construction manager for timely action as deemed necessary.•Coordinate with materials engineer for material delivery and take necessary action with construction manager to prevent delay of project.•Proper usage of material to minimize wastage, allocation of materials in the appropriate working areas and supervision of materials storage area.•Ensure proper tools/plant/equipment used by the construction crew on site and report for any shortage to prevent delays.•Ensure confirmation of verbal instruction initiated of instructions given by assistance RE or RE on site , and ensure a copy forwarded to engineers •Supervision implementation of safety precautions and take necessary actions to prevent accidents.•Coordinate site recourses with the site engineers and general Forman's •Prepare daily progress and productivity reports.
