With over 13 years of experience in the fintech and entrepreneurship sectors, I am a passionate leader who strives to create positive social impact through innovation and collaboration. As the Chief Business Officer at Agel, a digital lending platform in Egypt, I oversee the strategic direction, business development, and partnerships of the company. I also co-founded and manage ElRe7la, a social enterprise that provides experiential learning and networking opportunities for entrepreneurs, corporates, and policymakers.In my current role at Agel, I leverage my expertise in financial risk, investment analysis and my strong network to identify and pursue new market opportunities, build strong relationships with key stakeholders, and deliver high-quality products and services to our customers. I also lead a virtual innovation lab for senior-level management of 17 MENA central banks, where they develop drafts for digital financial inclusion policies in their countries. Additionally, I developed and led the Fintech Industry Retreat in Egypt, which aims to foster synergies and collaborations among the fintech ecosystem players.
