The love of serving customers at the retail level motivated me to pursue higher education in sales and marketing (BBA, MBA, DBA). All along, I have had the opportunity to work with several retail organizations. Today, I specialize in retail business, sales and customer service training as well as teaching future managers Marketing & Sales at Private Higher education business Schools in Morocco. external lecturer at ISCAE. Over the past 15 years, I have accumulated great experience. I trained salespeople and sales managers for many organizations local and international, based in Morocco. My personal and professional international experiences got me exposed to many cultures (Tunisia, UAE, Egypt, Ivory Cost, Turkey, Canada, and the US); allowing me to turn global thinking into local actions.
