• Managing all Quality/Food Safety-related activities (In-Process Control , Laboratory & Quality System)• Deal with internal and third-party auditors during their audits like (NFSA – MOH -ISO9001 - ISO 22000 - Halal – FSSC - ………).• Implementing new Product Evaluation System according to Customer eye basis.• Coordinate to implement food safety CAPEX projects & Quality OPEX.• Investigating the Justification, the root causes and Preventive actions for Customer Complaints.• Preparing Daily Quality Scorecard, Monthly and annual Quality Reports.• Evaluates CAPA responses to the assessment findings for adequacy, including root cause and timelines. Evaluates observation issues to management as appropriate.• Implementing new Process control system & new Sampling role according to international Standards.

- Inspect and analyze raw materials and make sure that its according to its standard specifications.- Analyze finished products and intermediate products and make sure that its according to its specification in term of microbiological analysis.- Prepare trend analysis for the finished products results.- Perform environmental analysis to detect harmful microorganisms and to obtain information about sources of pollution and contamination.- Collect air samples using Air Sampler (Microbiology).- Calibrate and Monitor the performance of department equipments and prepare the working instructions (WI) for these equipments.- Prepare and update the standard operation procedure (SOP) for all lab devices.- Fully adhere to the standard operation procedure (SOP) of the laboratories activities (test methods, reagent preparation, sampling plans, etc).- Working with the in process control (IPC) team for determination of the real root case of any out of specification results and figure out the corrective and preventive action for it.- Prepare stock control for Chemistry and Microbiology labs' consumables and monthly needs to be matched with the prepared budget.- Seeking for offers for the laboratory devices, tools and consumables to support purchasing to obtain the best quality.- SAP user.

•Analysis of raw material ,finished product , intermediate samples using the following apparatus (UV-visible spectrophotometer ,Karl fisher processor ,IR spectrophotometer,Sartorius MA 30 Moisture analyzer,Tablet friability tester,Tablet Disintegration tester,Dissolution test apparatus for tablets,Hydroclave steam sterilizer,Erweka Hardness tester,Digital lacquer Porosity,Biological Microscope,Conductivity HDS Meter,Analyzer O2 Measurement.,Viscometer,PH Meter,NIR Spectrophotometer).•Inspection of packaging material(Foil,box,tube,pamphlet,sticker,bottles,drawer)•Prepare specification, testmethod and reports for packaging material. •Revision maquettes for new products and make reference for all packaging materials.
