• Identifies and develops new opportunities for Fixed Networks within the assigned territory, collaborating with the Customer Experience/Sales organization to foster relationships with existing customers and drive business growth.• Supports the territory's short-term, mid-term, and long-term Fixed Networks strategy, working closely with Customer Engineering, Cluster organization, and (Market Unit/Customer Team) to create a comprehensive customer engagement plan.• Collaborates closely with Offer Control/Legal/Finance teams to drive offer preparation and approval milestones.• Keeps abreast of market trends, price evolution, and commercial proposals within the territory, preparing reports and providing information to relevant parties (Business Unit/PLM, Regional Business Center, Fixed Network Strategy/CTO).• Captures, consolidates, and prioritizes customer requirements, contributing to product roadmaps to maintain a competitive advantage in the market.• Takes responsibility for Fixed Network Order Intake within the assigned territory, driving coordination with stakeholders to secure business within defined KPIs.• Provides Order Intake and Margin forecast information during periodic reporting cycles, leads alignment with the Customer Experience organization, and strives to maximize potential by challenging and pushing for exceptional results. Ensures accurate and timely information.

Responsibilities / Main Duties:• The BM provides a professional end-to-end bid/proposal management service for the production of quality proposal documents prepared in response to typically, complex, high value, high risk formal RFP/RFQ/RFIs.• Lead the bid management / proposal development of Complex & Strategic deals of multi technologies and domains.• Manage and coordinate the bid team for the creation of the solution proposal as ‘bid project manager’ ensuring that Nokia value proposition, the commercial, service and technical parts are optimized, timely delivered and of good quality.• Ensure final solution is in line with solution strategy together with solution team• Manage and monitor bid preparation activities• supports the sales community in the negotiation process with the customer• After the bid submission, supports the Account Team in offer defense, bidclarifications or negotiations with the customer• Responsible for the Overall Scheme and strategy making, bidding documentcomposing, cost management and analysis, risk management and organization of theclarification.• Supports post bid submission activity (clarification meetings, offer presentation, offer revisions and its approval) until the contract signature.• Updates the necessary database/tools to ensure all offers are properly tracked.
