CurrentA Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) is a professional responsible for aligning humanresources strategies and practices with overall business objectives. The HRBP serves as a consultantto both employees and management, providing guidance on HR-related issues and helping to create apositive and productive work environment.Essential Functions/Core Responsibilities:● Conduct weekly meetings with respective business units, Consult with management providing HR guidance when appropriate.● Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the Talent Management function to develop solutions,programs and policies.● Manage Medical & Life insurance from End to End to all the headcount at the Company.● Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues.● Manage the comprehensive vetting process for candidates applying to work in international banks.● Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, increaseproductivity and retention.● Oversee and conduct investigations on workplace situations and prepare documentary requirements for labor-related cases, with a focus on issue resolution within assigned region.● Identify training needs for business units (TNA).● Evaluate and monitor success of training programs (PSP).● Implement HR policies & procedures and revert back with input on improvement ideas.● Implement the performance management system, track performance & identify gaps.
