Key deliverables:• Leading a team of Projects Engineers and providing discipline related direction through large projects.• Supervising contractors, inspection and quality control of fabrication, and commissioning of equipment. • Preparing specifications and conducting the Engineering studies as needed to support Engineering services.• Attending weekly and monthly management meetings with the Engineering and Construction departments.• Controlling and supervising the site construction activities and the installation of Mechanical projects' works in a safe and efficient manner as per the contract specifications, project quality plan, and within a timeframe.• Reviewing the construction method statements, Job Hazard Analysis, Risk Assessments, pre-commissioning, and commissioning procedures, and endorsing red-marked as built drawings and construction dossiers. • Liaising with the engineers and managers in other divisions of the Company such as operation, maintenance, safety, and inspection for execution interconnection required with the existing system. • Participating in the work of mandatory safety checks' work like testing and checking of the systems and units.• Participating in the plant pre-start up safety auditing, performance tests, and other mechanical issues.

Projects: Assil and Karam CO2 Removal Plant Project with budget of $ 450,000,000.Key deliverables:• Providing competent supervision on the Oil & Gas Piping Fabrication and Construction activities.• Supervising of the lifting operations and ensuring site investigations and construction administration.• Working knowledge of ASME, ANSI, API, other industry codes, specifications, and international standards.• Carrying out trouble-shooting activities and reporting with recommendations to the line management. • Preparing Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs) and technical specifications for mechanical systems.• Attending daily, weekly, and monthly meetings with the management of the mechanical department.• Preparing Risk Assessment for supervised activities and taking required precautions before start working.• Monitoring and ensuring that health and safety conditions and best practices are common at the work site.• Supporting in piping shutdowns preparation for connecting new modifications and supervising shutdowns.
