Since working for this company, I have participated in projects from the initial design stage right through to completion. To live in like this work environment and spirit is always teaching me a lot about work and life, and inspire me to be a great architect. Architect , Technical Office, and Site Engineer• Determine the client’s goals and requirements of the project.• Sketch preliminary design plans.• Design Architectural plans in 2D & 3D.• Prepare Architectural Documents for approvals.• Prepare set of working drawings.• Prepare POQ for Architectural materials.• Visualizing the Architectural designs.• Create a timeline for the interior design project and• Purchased, located suitable products, new markets, suppliers, and processing purchase requisitions. • Prepared technical and commercial data and information for obtaining quotations. • Prepared and followed up approvals for project submittals. • Obtained samples and followed up sample approvals with creating database for all material and coded submittals. • Produced Materials Schedules with required lead times for take-off, quotation, cost appraisal, and P.O with delivery periods. • Prepared bid tabulation and prices comparisons between sub-contractors. • Reviewed Purchase Orders, follows up and ensures timely purchase and arrival of materials. • Scrutinized the specifications of material and approvals on requisitions. • Coordinated between suppliers and sub-contractors. • Place orders for materials and oversee installing the design elements.• Visit the project during the process to follow the process and the quality.• Visit the project to ensure that the client is satisfied.• Prepare Financial papers for sub-contractors.

Engineering Management Department, Properties and Facilities Management.• Oversaw the designing of the interior of some of Ahmed Al-sallab express stores in Cairo. • Participated in following up the finishes of the Ahmed Al-sallab stores in the different governorates with the specialized engineers.
