Mr. Ahmeduzzaman has worked across three continents: North America, Africa, and Asia, in the geotechnical, environment, hydrotechnical, structural, and transportation/pavement engineering-related fields in a variety of areas related to civil works, design, numerical modeling, site investigations, instrumentation, field and laboratory testing, research, construction inspection. Mr. Ahmeduzzaman has extensive experience with various roles with projects with capital costs of more than $1 Billion. Mr. Ahmeduzzaman’s recent projects included earthworks, slope stabilization, embankment, large dams, concrete repair works, cofferdam, dewatering, sheet pile installation, foundation design and installation, and environmental remediation. Mr. Ahmeduzzaman also has experience in project management, contract administration, claims review, dispute resolution, and extra work review and has excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.Mr. Ahmeduzzaman has been the designer and engineer of record for the closure of more than twenty-five (25) orphaned and abandoned mines in Manitoba. Mr. Ahmeduzzaman has also worked in more than forty (40) small (<10 m tall) to large size (>100 tall) dams across North America and Africa. The work included dam safety inspection, geotechnical investigation, numerical modeling, assessment reports, technical specification and tender package preparation, construction inspection, contract administration, project management, and owner’s engineer technical support.
