Branch Manager
CurrentJob responsibilities:•Ensure services are optimally utilized at all times. Overseeing Operations of Container and Break bulk vessel operations. •Preparation of Annual Budget for achieving business objectives, develop branch strategy aimed in meeting targets through large customer acquisition, retention, high customer delight by ensuring optimum utilization of organization resources.•Join meetings with terminal operators / service partners and vendors for smooth operations on a daily basis and driving operations team maintaining schedules. •Ensure proper documentation is met for EXIM containers in compliance with customs.•Continual analysis by discussing with functional heads on current systems, business processes and structures and recommend efficient improvement solutions to Customers, internal stakeholders and to the management.•Monitor and analyse utilization performance, address forecasting accuracy and downfall issues •To give trade / Management ideas/inputs to increase the revenue by maximum utilization of vessels space. Ideas on reefer selling to the demand areas in North East, Intra Asia, Europe Latin America and North America resulted in maximum lifting of reefers, revenue and best NCP contribution to the organization.•Ensure proper documentation is met for EXIM containers in compliance with customs.•Ensure 100% collections of accounts receivable and ensure complianceContinuous Improvement: •Be involved in task split review and resources planning for the team •Administer all the aspects of branch office including hardware, counter operations, visitors. •Ensuring branch to maintain highest ethical standards and comply with all regulations.•Ensure branch compliance to legal and competition laws. •Be one of main coaches/trainers for new comers and orientation program. •Coordinating with various ports, customs and government authorities for legal and documentation related issues to ensure smooth process flow.
