Served as the Associate Legal Counsel with LMKR Holdings which is a dynamic multinational oil, gas and energy service providing company headquartered in the UAE, with its presence in the USA, Canada, Trinidad, Mauritius, Malaysia and Pakistan. I endeavored to try and keep the company’s business interests legally compliant worldwide. Simultaneously, I had been reviewing contracts and bidding documents etc. related to LMKT (Private) Limited, which is a sister concern of LMKR successfully operating as an advanced technology company specializing in scalable IT solutions and services. Legal advice and opinion is sought on all major aspects of the business including legal, channel operations, HR, sales, finance, IT and licensing at the global level. * Dealing in Corporate Matters, Vetting and Drafting of Legal Documents/Contracts, Company Law as well as Civil Litigation. * Specifically worked on USAID projects on sanitation & rehabilitation and International Trade, Arbitration (ICSID) Matters, Intellectual Property and Telecom Laws. * Drafted, filed and pleaded law suits in District Courts and assisted senior counsel in High Courts in relation to civil law cases pertaining to Family Law, Real Estate, Workers Compensation, Nuisance, Breach of Contract, Fraud and Human Rights matters. * Formulated various project proposals for NGO's and Public Private Partnerships (PPPs) components of which are being employed and implemented.
