- Sales & Marketing Head of Air Compressors Division- Business development of global brands like Gardner Denver, FS-Elliott. With the help of an able team, commitment and acumen successfully launched and developed compressor brands that were new for Pakistan region.- Team building across Pakistan, training, skills development, motivate team members at macro/micro level to enhance productivity- Business strategy development, Strategic Consulting, including business plan & sales strategy formulation- Development of competitive advantage with the help of teamwork, technology, resources and intense passion.- Business analysis in terms of financial statements, budgets, variance analysis, targets achievement analysis with both internal and overseas partners.- Conversant with the activities required in new product launch, ATL, BTL, Advertising & Promotion activities including trade exhibitions, seminars, road shows etc.- Participated in several international exhibitions, product development missions, business review meetings with trade partners.

- Projects Management - All projects related to industrial expansion like BMR, Engineering requirements in civil, mechanical & electrical side- Industrial Utilities Management like power generation, water management through a network of underground wells and selection & designing of appropriate water treatment method like RO and other filtration methods.- Undertake energy saving initiatives across all areas in industrial manufacturing like in power management, water conservation, resource optimization.- Industrial & Projects Procurement - All industrial procurement matters from both local and foreign sources including raw material and technical goods.
