**Lesco is a Government Sector Electrical Power Distribution(11kv&440V) Company in Lahore Pakistan**My Role Includes: To ensure delivery of safe, reliable and uninterrupted power supply. Preparing Single Line Diagrams of 11kv Feeders. Technical analysis of LV/HV distribution network on feeder analysis software (FDRANA) for T&D and AT&C losses. Survey and Area planning of 11kv network for bifurcation of overloaded and lengthy feeders to minimize technical… Show more **Lesco is a Government Sector Electrical Power Distribution(11kv&440V) Company in Lahore Pakistan**My Role Includes: To ensure delivery of safe, reliable and uninterrupted power supply. Preparing Single Line Diagrams of 11kv Feeders. Technical analysis of LV/HV distribution network on feeder analysis software (FDRANA) for T&D and AT&C losses. Survey and Area planning of 11kv network for bifurcation of overloaded and lengthy feeders to minimize technical loss. Prepare & Design new (LV, HV) proposals, drawings, BOQs and Estimates for reduction of load and smooth running of Lesco Network. Augmentation and Addition of new Distribution Transformers for system expansion as per future load growth. Tree cutting and Maintenance of LV/HV system to reduce repetitive faults in distribution system, minimize tripping and to control SAIFI and SAIDI. Re-conducting of off-size and deterioted LV/HV conductor for smooth running and to reduce energy loss. Conducting and supervising shutdowns for LV/HV up gradation, routine maintenance and for emergency work. Load Balancing of Distribution Transformers to keep them in working/healthy condition.  Installation of Shunt Capacitors with LV/HV to reduce energy loss. Reduction in line losses and energy theft by replacement of bare conductor with Aerial Bundled Conductor (ABC) Cables.  Site visits for verification and to prepare survey reports for approval and installation of domestic, commercial and industrial new connections from 1kw to 1000kw. Delivering Safety lectures and Checking of PPE, T&P on monthly basis to ensure safety among Line Workers. Supervising monthly billing cycle to ensure accurate mobile meter reading and achieve/reduce monthly and Progressive Line Losses target of the company. Ensuring replacement of defective/sluggish meters to minimise energy loss. Supervising recovery staff to ensure 100% monthly recovery.
