After completing my university education, I started my professional career by specializing in the field of education. My desire to use my communication skills and people-oriented approach effectively in different environments, my desire to evaluate my problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities in business life, my desire to adapt flexibly to changing business conditions have been my main motivation for leaving my special education teaching career and switching to the field of human resources.In this regard, I would like to express my desire to work in companies where I can add a new and strategic vision.

  In addition to my role as a Special Education Teacher at the institution where I work, I also provide support in areas such as front office management, student affairs processes, human resources and recruitment interviews. In this context, I successfully undertake various tasks in order to contribute to corporate goals. Additionally, the duties I undertake are stated below;• Assessing students' individual characteristics and learning needs.• Creating and implementing special education plans.• Giving lessons to students using special education techniques and strategies.• Regular monitoring and evaluation of students' progress.• Researching and using relevant educational materials and resources.• Supporting the emotional and social needs of students during the education process• Providing various training to students by organizing events for special days.
