Data Management Advisor for enabling organization-wide utilization of information as an asset by directing data governance, data architecture, data transformation, data quality, data masking initiatives.Directs and positions the required tools or solutions to ensure they meet organizational requirements where data is available throughout the operational data stores, data warehouses, big data platforms, regulations and other business intelligence (BI) systems.

I am technically sophisticated and have the patience and passion to guide customers and stakeholders through all the capabilities of Informatica products and Komtaş solutions.Whether it’s an initial product evaluation, competitive proof point, or addressing technical pain points, I am willing to take the time to provide deep explanations and find solutions where needed.

- Responsible for monitoring and planning the activities and priorities of the team.- Maintain the relationship with the internal clients and act as a contact person for the team.- Responsible for the end to end data systems development life cycle.- Reporting to the management on status of developments, productivity , quality, operations, and system performance.- Datawarehouse PoC's with SAP, VERTICA and SQL Server 2016.- Collaboration with business side and data model team to convert financial banking data model to Denizbank data model and implement on parallel data warehouse appliance (PDW) which is a new datawarehouse project for Denizbank.- Design all daily dataflow architecture in one workflow and schedule by using informatica powercenter tool.- Create test scenarios, data quality processes, system failover alerts on PDW system.- Establish standards, guidelines and procedures for analysis, tests, etl and data management.- PoC with SAP Business Objects XI, SSIS for daily loads and SSAS for cube structures.

- Responsible for designing and creating the data structure and all related extraction, transformation and loading of data functions due to Oracle datawarehouse project needs.- Maintain daily etl processes to ensure the system runs smoothly.- Work with the business side to determine the best course of action when designing the system.- Designing ETL workflows on IBM DataStage for financial projects individually.

- Working directly with decision makers and end users to understand, define and document current and possible future reporting goals, needs and requirements.- Design, develop, publish and maintaining reports on business objects and dashboards.- Creating and coordinating the preparation and release of financial and management reports.- Research, review and analyzing the effectiveness and efficiency of existing reports, procedures and systems and develop strategies for enhancing or leveraging these processes and systems.
