Omic-A R&I focuses on in-vitro toxicology test development based on omic technologies. Now, we are developing skin, eye, and oral irritation models. Omic-A R&I has been supported by Tubitak 1512 BIGG program.

Head of Biotechnology Department for the following responbilities.- Responsible for Enzymes in FMCG• Developing enzyme based claims for household category in FMCG• Enzyme know-how for FMCG (stability, wash conditions, dosage effectiveness, storage conditions, demo development etc.)• Production of Enzyme's down stream and up stream process knowledge for R&D research studies• Coordinating the B2B projects with the big enzyme suppliers in the world- Responsible for preservatives in FMCG• Providing the microbial safety of Liquid formulations (Laundry and Dishwash Categories)• Supporting the Production team for hygienic applications and helping production safety for the microbial contamination • Coordinating the B2B projects with the big preservative suppliers in the world- Supporting the Interdiciplinary Projects• Being a supportive partner of the other R&D Teams' projects (Detergent, Hygiene and Pulp&Paper) • Developing biology based claims for FMCG (antimicrobial, dermotalogical, hygiene etc.)• Reverse engineering studies under the biotechnology point of view- Industrial Biotechnology• Discovering new microbes • Industrial enzyme screening• Fermentation Technologies• Cellulose based studies (nanocellulose, bacterial cellulose)• Nanoflower studies for enzyme immobilization and catalysis activityHe also established and lead a research laboratory for microbial biotechnology in Hayat Kimya R&D Center.
