• Providing leadership and direction for the FP&A, IFRS and Category Finance team• Provide financial insights, analysis, and support to various stakeholders (Category Leaders,Plant Management, Marketing and R&D) as required.• Advising on financial implications and consequences of business decisions and communicatingfinancial data with management teams.• Analyze end to end cost performance, business profitability based on country & categories / to identify potentials, report on performance, and drive continuous improvement.

• Providing leadership, direction and management of the finance and accounting team• Providing strategic recommendations to the executive management team• Managing the processes for financial forecasting and budgets, and overseeing the preparation of all financial reporting• Planning and presenting the capex needs of both Vitra Tiles&Bathroom companies to ensure the achievement of long term strategic plan.• Steering projects like ZBB (Zero-Based-Budgeting), SAP HANA and transfer pricing to ensure that the projects are implemented in accordance with Eczacıbaşı Group standarts.

• Leading the controlling team for cost control and budget management for all Bath Group plants operating in Turkey.• Providing financial, commercial and strategic support to the business• Presenting monthly financial results, budget variances and ad-hoc analysis.• Reviewing new & existing capex spendings and plan for the growth investments in line with companies’ long term strategies. • Identify and develop controls and processes to ensure all risks and opportunities are highlighted.• Developing, managing and motivating a team of finance professionals.• Coordination of the financial controlling team to fulfill management objectives.

• Consolidation and verification of Factory controlling keyfigures; Factory cost (material, personnel, overhead) in Business plan/ forecast and month-end closing, analysis of deviation and preparation of Presentation for Management (CTO, BC), Ad-hoc analysis of requested specific topics for factory controlling presentations.• Operative control of the cost accounting, providing consistency with Accounting and Controlling side, documentation and standardization. • Coordination of Month End Activities for technical Month End Closing in SAP, maintenance of SAP System and support implementation of system changes, regular tests, master data administration and documentation (cost elements, cost center, WBS –Elements, internal orders), Output Statement, COPA and KER reports.• Acting as a Business Excellent for IT projects of Factory Controlling, coordination, conceptual development and implementation of new projects to increase efficiency of Controlling processes, sustainment and improvement of data consistency.• Contact person for Factory controlling in interface with Central Controlling, Accounting and Central Controlling to Munich, to sustain standardization in terms of IFRS and BSH guidelines harmonization.
