-To conduct orientation processes of the positions under his / her responsibility and to follow up the orientation processes in order to integrate the “new” employee into LC Waikiki and assist him/her to become a contributing member of the team by transferring him/her the necessary information about the company. -To collect the training and development needs; to determine the organizational, professional, personal and managerial training needs, to design the training in accordance with the requirements, to prepare training plans by determining the internal and external training resources, to realize training, and to request /follow up necessary organizational- documentation processes in order to meet the training and development needs of the positions under his / her responsibility. -To participate in, apply and follow up the processes of preparation of promotion-education, training and development programs in order to contribute the professional and behavioral development of the positions under his / her responsibility and to provide human resources to the vacant positions in accordance with the company’s needs.- To create, apply and track assessment and evaluation instruments to be used in order to evaluate and develop the training programs. - To establish standards for the activities, duties, and processes under his responsibility, to submit improvement and development suggestions in order to minimize the problems to be encountered, to inform the superior manager in case of detecting a risk - Prepares yearly country training budget for all training activities

*Prepares, executes and monitors induction programs of new Store Staff in the country gives recommendations for any improvement in the program according to feedbacks.*Preparation of Induction Materials/Files for related new employees.*Delivers LC Waikiki operational trainings and soft skill trainings to store staff, finding right people to deliver technical skills trainings.*Prepares the reports of trainings.*Meets store managers and personnel once a Month by routine store visits, monitors performance, determines training needs of stores.*Keeping training records and files up to date, filing forms. *Assisting with the scheduling of training sessions.*Taking responsibility for ensuring all training rooms / venues, equipment, catering arrangements, and other requirements are booked up or canceled in advance.*Sending out appropriate pre-course information to delegates / managers in advance of training courses.*Printing up of training support materials / handouts for training courses, and assisting with the creation or formatting of these where relevant.*Follows Developing programs (Management Trainee Programs and Promotion Process), delivers in-class trainings, provides conducting of examinations. Arranging venue of the training according to number of participants, transportations and accommodation arrangements
