I've concentrated more on two areas of specializations: Human Resources and Project Management. Career consulting experience having in-person sessions with more than 500 hundred counselees, vision alignment of the employees, performance and talent management, setting recruitment strategies, and onboarding processes of teams and individual employees are part of my prominent roles during my professional life experiences. Holding a Ph. D. degree in social sciences helps me utilizing a sense of academic research methodology to design a change in established perspectives in dealing with professional life problems. I’ve spent two years on narrative analysis and storytelling methodology. Regarding the recruiting strategies in particular and HR management in general, this method allows me to analyze how convincing and promising the candidates experience stories and motivations are.
