Ahmet has strong professional experience gained in different scale and phases of projects in the fields of biomedical engineering, healthcare management and consultancy both abroad and in Turkey. He is a highly motivated and self-assured professional.His experience varies from biomedical research & development to strategic marketing and positioning in medical device industry and from green field hospital projects to managing & restructuring hospitals. Through that, he has acquired in-depth knowledge about interacting with hospital stakeholders and decision makers in both public and private health sectors and biomedical research as well as clinical and business workflows in the hospitals.Along with his working experience in multicultural and multidisciplinary team environment, his solution-oriented, self-disciplined character and holistic approach make him comfortably and efficiently work in different scales of healthcare projects. In his Phd thesis, he studied emotional intelligence, cultural intelligence and their effects on interprofessional collaboration in healthcare services for international patients .His motivation and drive in health-related sectors is mainly coming from his mindfulness about working in the purpose of making human’s life better.
