About Ahmet Yilmaz

I am a signal processing researcher, algorithm and software developer at TÜBİTAK BİLGEM, the leading research and development center in Turkey. Holding a PhD degree in electronics engineering and 11+ years of experience, I have a strong background and passion for wireless communications technologies.At TÜBİTAK BİLGEM, I work on signal processing for high frequency communications systems, using C/C++, Qt, MATLAB, and Python. I have published multiple papers in prestigious journals, such as IEEE Transactions on Vehicular Technology and Springer Wireless Personal Communications, and received the PhD Thesis of the Year award in 2013. I have also taught a course on diversity techniques in wireless communications systems at Gebze Teknik Üniversitesi. I am always eager to learn new skills and collaborate with other researchers and experts in my field.
