Founded in 1923, Eyüp Sabri Tuncer is one of Turkey's most well-known cosmetics and personal care manufacturers. Works as CAPEX and Business Development Manager who is reporting to the CEO. Manages a greenfield ethyl alcohol production plant project with a 50 million liters/year capacity and €45 million investment cost.The project started with feasibility studies on the alcohol market and production technologies. After deciding on the appropriate conditions (e.g. capacity, raw materials, technology), land searches were made and the land (100.000 meters square) was purchased from Balıkesir OIZ in July 2021.Established a relationship with local authorities such as Balıkesir Municipality Mayor, Chamber of Industry, Chamber of Commerce, and South Marmara Development Agency.Obtained Environmental Impact Assessment report from Minister of Environment, Urbanisation and Climate Change.Studies were carried out regarding the Incentive process of the project. The project received a Strategic Incentive from the Ministry of Industrialization and Technology.Also was responsible for also renovation of the existing Ankara Factory as Capex Manager between 2021 and 2022.Established in existing facility 6 new production lines (e.g. liquid soap, shampoo, toothpaste) as fully automated filling and formulating equipment with €5 million investment..Carried out construction and renovation projects of new production lines. Obtained a new Environmental Impact Assessment Report and construction permissions for Ankara Factory.Managed a team of 120+ workers, consisting of production, quality control, maintenance, logistics, planning, etc. during the related installation period.Modernize and improve existing cosmetic and personal care manufacturing facilities regarding technological developments.Follow the technological developments and design the future of the company accordingly (e.g. solar energy, sustainability, heat recovery, etc.)

Started this position as a production engineer and was promoted to Production Manager in January 2013.Managed the production and production planning departments with a team of 110 workers.
