Ensure the MoM and daily recruitment of supply fleet demand.Define the supply chain process of rider equipment and its availability in the city.Generate lead channels of recruitment online and offline both.Define process and policies for quality hiring and equipment.Work closely on budgeting and recruitment cost-effectiveness of the fleet.Analyze the supply growth and actively working on creating multiple lead channels.
