•Familiarize the Roles and Responsibilities of organization design division.•Well known about Organization Design and how to divides the function in to boxes in Organization Charts.•Learn and familiarize with Organization System Developing Organization, Units and adding jobs. etc.,( preparation of Organization Mapping (New versus Old) and Jaduwal Mukharana for org. Units and job positions, preparation of Cost Centers)•Familiarize with Proponents’ Organizational and Job Evaluation Requests.•Write and review the (JD) Job Description for all SEC.•Evaluate the jobs by HAY Group Method and gives each job Grade connected with salary scale.•Learn how & where to draw the lines of how many grade the Organization need based in HAY Group Method.•Learn how to do complete job analyzes for the job, divisions, departments, and units.•Familiarize with Field Trips on Organizational Evaluations and upgrading of Jobs.•Learn how to evaluate the function provided by the Proponent Departments•Learn to communicate with proponent organizations how to gather information for Organizational and Job Evaluation purpose.•Learn about Smart Job Code, and Organization Code System. •Familiarize and learn to develop Job Description and Job Family Models with levels. •Train and work with consultant in SWP to implement the SWP for all SEC Organization Units. •Team Member of PO (Performance Organization) Initiative.•Review the annual workforce planning procedures and determine the guidelines, manuals and templates for the BUs to support them providing their future needs in accordance with the company strategy.•Monitors and coordinate with the planners and analysts in the Bus to help them projecting their future needs probably and aligned to the company strategyAssess the comparative analysis of the consolidated input functions versus the actual needs of the BUs and supporting activities•Demonstrate a high ability and capability to carry out the strategic workforce planning via SWP.
