•Use Oracle SQL to research daily issues as well as tracking and analysis of previously reported issues to identify possible trends that may point to more complex problems.•Responsible for Forecasting, trending and reporting of cycle based revenue.•Provide timely and accurate validation of monthly accounting figures•Responsible for financial analysis of pre/post-billing processing results to ensure accurate billing of products and services.•Perform cyclic analysis of pre/post-billing processing results to identify adverse revenue or other customer/billing data trends.•Validation of testing results to ensure all possible conditions/scenarios have been accurately addressed by the IT solution, Validation and management of the plan to ensure all steps have been executed completely and accurately. •Configure reference table design to ensure accurate financial reporting of revenue and taxes.•Research variances to proactively identify possible billing issues, work with IT and business teams to quantify suspected issues and develop and implement resolution plans.•Generate ad-hoc reports using SQL to support high profile legal\marketing\finance\tax decisions.•Recommend and implement improvements to existing processes as control gaps are identified and carry out the processes necessary to ensure procedures are developed/updated and that all team members are trained for new processes.
