• Creating and deploying of Dikkan Business System (DBS) focusing on continuous improvement in Safety, Quality, Delivery, Productivity, Digitalization, and Cost to reach and maintain World-Class Performance at all organizational levels of Dikkan Group Companies• Leading and reporting the business's operational status, financial savings, risk ratings, growth potential, digitalization, and sustainability developments to the Board of Directors• Managing and assessing the work of leaders within the OPEX department including Quality, Continuous Improvement, Maintenance, Investment, and Integrated Quality Management System

• Responsible to develop and execute Operational Excellence (OPEX) strategies for 3 plants at Çerkezköy Campus as Operational Excellence & Integration Senior Manager• Heading up as Integration Leader of Danfoss Business System (DBS) after acquisition from Eaton to Danfoss in August 2021, working with closely site leaders and corporate members to ensure execution and deployment of DBS principles to the organizational level which ensure way of improving Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost on the shop floor and support the business in achieving and maintaining World Class Performance• Focusing on operational management beyond the area of OPEX with financial reporting and analysis, health and safety issues, customer satisfaction in good quality, capital planning, delivery performance management, inventory reduction, materials management and cost-out activities• Responsible for working with Plant and Regional Leadership in identifying high-priority areas for improvement from annual plant level Value Stream Mapping rounds ensuring Lean Six Sigma efforts are aligned to and fully support Profit Plan and Strategic Plan goals• Management of OPEX functions including Quality, Continuous Improvement and Advanced Manufacturing Technology departments which consists of 150 HC • Management of Quality Assurance, Quality Control and Supplier Quality Development• Implementation of Automotive Standard IATF 16949• Coaching and following of daily CI activities especially Gemba Walks, 5S Audits, Suggestion Systems, Kaizen Activities, Flex Manning System and Multi-Skill Project to maximize productivity and capacity• Management of waste & other factory costs, Lean Six Sigma Projects, Digitalization Projects, Agile transformation Projects• Establishment of Automatic OEE Tracking System (Thingworx) • Implementation of plant simulation software (Siemens Tecnomatix and Simio) in order to ensure Supply Chain optimization projects and virtual manufacturing plant

• Directing the Group Operational Excellence activities and reporting to the board directly and leading a team of 45 people under three departments in 3 plants• Reporting to directly General Manager (company owner)• Define and deploys the strategic road-map for Quality, Continuous Improvement, Integrated Management Systems, Risk Assessment and Sustainability Strategy, vision and goals within the organization • Leads HSE, Quality, Continuous Improvement, Material management, Inventory reduction, Food Safety Requirements and cost-out projects• Ensure and maintain process standards in order to apply SOP (Standard Operation Procedure) in the organization• Coaching for Lean 6 Sigma Projects that have been implemented for the first time in the plant and achieved 400 k€ saving yearly by training 20 white collars and performing 6 projects • Performing audit and consulting activities for all processes, Integrated Management Systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 27001, ISO 50001) , Food Safety Audits (AIB, BRC, HACCP) and Ethical Audits (Sedex, SMTEA) in the organization to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of risk management, control, and governance processes

- Developing and enforcing company quality standards, policies and procedures byorganizing and implementing work schedules and processes,- Decreasing of service call rate of the key customers- Leading and managing customer quality audits and also defining improvement plansImplementation of quality standards in new model transfers,- Monitoring and reporting quality KPI’s in order to increase efficiency and productivityand also identifying of strategic plans which minimize companies quality costs

- Implementation of Franke Lean Operative Way (FLOW)- Identify strategic plans and define projects in order to minimize manufacturing costs byeffective utilization of manpower, equipment and materials,- Lead New Factory Layout Project - Monitoring and reporting of efficiency and productivity KPIs,- Preparing and Monitoring investments budget,- Leading outsourcing studies and “make or buy analysis” to ensure cost reduction,- Analyzing and improving routing time in SAP

- Planning and realizing investments (machines, manual tools, molds, equipment…)- Implementation of Lean Manufacturing Tools in the factory in accordance withSchneider Production System (SPS)- Leading as a Project Leader in new model/platform transfers, ensure successful sampleproduction and make all the necessary studies for serial production (from France toManisa Plant)- Managing cost reduction projects and studies for suppliers ( make or buy business)- Lead 6 Sigma project for MPH (Material Providing Handling) as Green Belt - Establishment of BOYS Maintenance Program within the context of TPM

- Revising the existing production lines with automation systems for the cost reductionand to increase production capacity- Cost calculation and reporting to upper management- Creating BOM’s (Bill of Material) of new products in SAP as a key user- Monthly reporting of VSM (Value Stream Mapping) for all production lines- Implementation of Lean Manufacturing Tools in the factory in accordance withSchneider Production System (SPS)- LADM (Line Design Architecture Methodology): Ensuring of production line accordingto the criteria of Lean Production- Optimization of warehouse by leading Lean Warehousing Project

- Managing 900 workers as two shifts at TV Final Assembly Lines and ensuring a dailyproduction capacity of 30.000- Increasing production efficiency and capacity- Minimizing of scrape rate- Planning of required components at TV Final Assembly Lines- Production representative for ISO 9001/2000 QMS
