- Handling security presales in addition to customer success to oversee projects delivered in a proper way and maintaining highest level of customer satisfaction.- Carrying Crayon cyber security quota in KSA, working cross all verticals in the three regions (Central, western & Eastern).-Promoting cloud security controls on Azure (MDM, DLP, EDR & Identity governance…etc.), Also on-prem security controls (Fw’s, SIEM, EDR, MFA…etc.) to be aligned with KSA NCA regulations.-Handling presales cycle starting from (architecture, GAP analysis, integrations…etc.) alongside sales cycle with C-Level executives and maintaining healthy relationship as trusted security advisor.-Preparing technical and commercial proposals for RFI/RFP’s Submission.-Align on Crayon security vision and strategy as a global SI.

- Working for BMC, Part of Midis group, Mainly handling KSA telecom sector and government named accounts.- Working with our customers on NCA regulations.- Advising customers on IT strategy, Policy/procedure auditing.- Push managed security services to clients.- Responding/Planing of RFI & RFP's, advising customers on best solutions to be aligned with their vision and strategy.- Also acting as BMC information security manager for internal policies, procedures & compliance

- Work closely with Sales team to present Cyber security portfolio and services.- Design and present security solution recommendations and do gap assessment against local Saudi regulations (SAMA, ECC).- Produce professional statements of Work (SOW) and High-Level Designs (HLD) for the solutions that are being recommended.- Architecture Review against best practices.- Follow established procedures and guidelines to provide technical discovery, RFP/RFI response, develop product demo and evaluation.- Provide technical guidance to sales team to develop and sell network security products.- Generate BOM/BOQ and respond to customer inquiries.- Participate in business development unit meetings and try to open new opportunities.- Understanding customer's business and technical problems.- Develop a deep understanding of the customers design, their problems and the solutions with a clear path towards achieving their business and technical objectives.
